Job Description

In this key role, you will take responsibility for the operational management of our Service Centre as well as leading a small, well-coordinated team. You act as the central interface between customers, logistics, and internal departments, ensuring smooth customer process flows.

Your main tasks

Leading and coordinating a team of approximately 5 employees
Central coordination and contact point for the logistics team, customers, and internal interfaces
Processing and managing customer-specific enquiries and orders
Telephone and written customer support including switchboard and email handling
Preparation, review, and dispatch of quotations
Supporting the field service in daily operations
Professional advice in the area of special waste
Clarification and handling of customer complaints and quality deviations
Maintenance and updating of data in our internal systems
Preparation of various reports and statistics

Qualifications

Completed technical or commercial basic training (or equivalent qualification)
Training or experience in project or process management is essential
Proven leadership experience
Industry knowledge in waste management is an advantage
Very good German and French skills (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
High IT affinity and confident handling of common systems
Structured, independent, and resilient personality with organisational talent
