Your Tasks:
- You advise and support our customers by telephone and, if necessary, in the sales shop.
- You are responsible for selling our range with a focus on tyres as well as service and wear parts.
- You ensure high customer satisfaction through the active sale of our sales activities and services and contribute to achieving our goals.
- You handle enquiries, quotations and customer complaints and take on administrative tasks related to our wide range of products and services.
- You record customer orders and returns.
- You ensure the flow of information between field service and internal departments.
