• Deployment in all kitchen stations
• Preparation and provision of the entire range for patients as well as for all restaurants
• Independent planning and organizing of the station
• Supporting and supervising the assigned employees
• Assisting as a relief on all kitchen stations if needed, including service in the restaurant and external locations
• Conscientious implementation of the hygiene concept
• Assistance in inventory management / ordering

• Completed training as a cook EFZ with further training as a diet cook
• Service-oriented personality with humor and social skills
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Goal-oriented and efficient working method without losing sight of customer needs.
