Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for site management in the area of earthworks and demolition as well as civil engineering.
- Independent organization and monitoring of construction processes.
- Ensuring timely and efficient execution of construction work.
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings.
- Leading and motivating the site team.
- Coordination and communication with site managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting quality and safety inspections on the construction site.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in construction or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as a foreman or site supervisor in the field of civil engineering or earthworks.
- Solid knowledge in reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Organizational talent and solution-oriented thinking.
- Reliable and independent working style.
- Valid driver's license category B.
