Presentation
Executive Education HEC Lausanne is the continuing education platform of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne. Executive Education HEC Lausanne designs and operates continuing education programmes (CAS, DAS, MAS, short programmes and tailor-made programmes) for managers and professionals.
To support its development, it is creating a new position of:
Programme Coordinator - Programs Manager
Position Information
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Contract duration: 1-year fixed-term contract, renewable
Work rate: 80-100%
Workplace: Lausanne - Chamberonne
Purpose of the position: To ensure the administrative, operational and logistical management of a portfolio of continuing education programmes (certified, short programmes and tailor-made programmes). The post holder is the reference person (SPoC – Single Point of Contact) for all stakeholders (participants, speakers, central services and partners) and works in collaboration with dedicated services. He or she participates in the implementation of training programmes. He or she is responsible for the administration and organisation of the training. The position reports directly to the Director of Executive Education HEC Lausanne.
Your activities

- Independently ensure the administrative, logistical, operational and technical management of a portfolio of continuing education programmes to guarantee their smooth running, under the supervision of the Executive Education management;
- Independently manage the customer journey (registration, invoicing, SPoC, diploma issuance);
- Participate in optimising the entity’s activities (tools, processes, work organisation) within the scope of the post’s duties and responsibilities for organisational performance;
- Manage the booking of classrooms dedicated to Executive Education;
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management and other team members to ensure the sustainability of activities and continuous monitoring of special projects.
Your profile
- Higher diploma in administration, project management, hospitality or related field
- Project management training is an asset
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management / in the service
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Zoho, Moodle, ClickUp
- Fluent in French, excellent writing skills
- English level C1
- Autonomy, rigour, service and organisational skills, stress resistance; availability for extended hours during training days
