About the job
You love flowers, are creative and want to bring joy to people with your designs? Then this apprenticeship is just right for you!
Your tasks
As a Florist EFZ, you create creative pieces with flowers and plants and cater to the individual wishes of your customers.
- Designing bouquets, arrangements and floral decorations
- Creating seasonal creations for Easter, Christmas and other occasions
- Advising customers and implementing their wishes
- Attractive presentation of flowers, plants and decorative items in the shop
- Proper care of plants and cut flowers
- Preparing cut flowers and keeping work and sales areas clean
What you bring

- A sense of colour, shape and design
- Manual dexterity, creativity and attention to detail
- Enjoyment of contact and good manners
- Reliable and careful way of working
Training:
- Duration: 3 years
- Qualification: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 1 day per week of lessons at vocational school
- A total of 9 days of inter-company courses (ÜK)
