About the job

Here, something unique is being created: a transitional psychiatric acute ward fully dedicated to the needs of young adults between 18 and 25 years old – precisely when so much is at stake in life.
With us, you not only have the opportunity to actively help shape a new, forward-looking ward, but you will also become part of a team in development that is open to your ideas and experiences. We offer you a participatory working environment that focuses on self-reflection, consensus-building, and personal growth – both professionally and personally. You can contribute your expertise to a highly topical subject and develop yourself in the process.

- You support young adults in various developmental issues during the transition from adolescence to adulthood
- You take responsibility for medical-technical measures
- You implement the nursing process professionally based on the key worker system
- You actively contribute to shaping the ward environment and create a stable setting for the patients
- You engage actively in the interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- You hold a diploma as a nurse AKP/DN II/HF/FH, preferably with experience in psychiatry, and enjoy psychiatric nursing
- A dynamic working environment that is continuously evolving motivates you – and you like to help shape it
- You value solution-oriented collaboration in the interdisciplinary team and contribute actively to its further development
- You keep a cool head and a touch of humour, even in challenging situations
- You enjoy working with young adults and accompany them appreciatively and professionally through their individual developmental phases
