About the job
For our client, an established company in the field of technical systems, we are looking for an independent and customer-oriented personality as a Service Technician Electronics. In this versatile field service role, you will support customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and ensure the reliable operation of sophisticated systems. yellowshark AG will accompany you personally and transparently throughout the entire application process.
- Installation, commissioning and instruction of technical systems directly at the customer’s site
- Carrying out maintenance, calibrations and repairs on electronic devices
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults via remote maintenance as well as on site
- Installation and support of Windows-based software solutions as well as smaller networks
- Documentation of completed service work and coordination with internal specialist departments
- Regular travel activity of around 60% within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Basic knowledge of IT, especially in dealing with databases, interfaces and Windows environments
- Knowledge of MSQL, GDT, PIS, KIS or HL7 is an advantage
- Experience in technical customer service or in a service environment is a great plus
- Strong customer and team orientation as well as high willingness to travel
- Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills are desirable
- Varied tasks with plenty of scope for creativity
- 40-hour week and at least 5 weeks’ holiday

Tasks

Profile
- Completed technical basic training as a multimedia electronics technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ or comparable- Basic knowledge of IT, especially in dealing with databases, interfaces and Windows environments
- Knowledge of MSQL, GDT, PIS, KIS or HL7 is an advantage
- Experience in technical customer service or in a service environment is a great plus
