- You support the continuous development of employees and promote their potential
- You are responsible for quality development and assurance and share the economic responsibility for your area
- You promote results-oriented intra- and interdisciplinary collaboration
This is what you bring
- You are a physiotherapist and have a physiotherapy diploma FH as well as several years of professional experience, complemented by targeted professional training at the master's level in the fields of medicine, neurology, intensive care, or pediatrics
- You have successfully led teams and have further training in leadership – or are willing to acquire it
- You work independently, responsibly, and bring experience in leading project groups as well as in developing concepts
- You also have high social competence as well as good conflict resolution and assertiveness skills
