SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable, and needs-based care of 11 municipalities in the field of outpatient nursing and domestic services. As a progressive organization, we continuously develop and rely on our 180 competent, open-minded, and motivated employees. They work in one of the three bases in Jegenstorf, Münchenbuchsee, Urtenen-Schönbühl, or in the domestic services, psychiatry, and assessment team.

You want

• a new challenge or to re-enter the varied and fulfilling field of outpatient nursing and domestic services – for people from adulthood to old age.
• to work independently, gain insights into different households, and at the same time have the support of an appreciative and committed team behind you.
• to support and relieve our clients in the domestic area and ensure a clean and safe environment through your work.
• to accompany and assist our clients with shopping and other necessary errands.
• to take care of textile care – from washing and ironing to small sewing tasks – thus making everyday life easier for our clients.

You bring

• ideally professional experience in domestic services and in Spitex.
• a reliable, independent, and responsible way of working.
• an open, flexible, and empathetic personality to the team and enjoy working with people.
• good German skills (spoken and written).
• the ability to complete tasks efficiently and conscientiously and ideally know our industry software Swing. In addition, you have a category B driving license.
