Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the professional maintenance, commissioning, and repair of oil and gas systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation. You analyse faults, carry out precise diagnostics, and implement sustainable solutions to minimise downtime. You are also responsible for complying with all technical and safety-related requirements and document your assignments in a structured and comprehensible manner. Through your technical expertise, you competently advise customers on handling their systems and identify optimisation potentials. Your professional demeanour significantly contributes to the long-term satisfaction of the clientele.
Responsibilities:
You professionally commission oil and gas heating systems
You independently carry out maintenance, service, and on-call assignments in your area of operation
You locate and rectify faults in heating systems
You take technical responsibility for bivalence systems
You advise customers on the efficient adjustment and use of their systems
You work closely with installers, sales organisations, and service teams
Qualifications:
You have a federal VET qualification as a heating installer, sanitary installer, electrical installer, or in a comparable technical field
Ideally, you have experience as a service technician
You have professional experience and work with a high degree of personal responsibility
You are open to further training in various energy carriers
You work in a structured, precise, and efficient manner
You impress with a friendly and professional customer approach
You are prepared for on-call duty and organise your assignments independently
