To strengthen our team in the Delicatessen & Cheese sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Supermarket Assistant, 50%, starting from 01.01.2026, at the Vezia location.
Your responsibilities
- You structure sales arguments into conversations and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You regularly check that the sales counters are well stocked and clean.
- You successfully implement product and local concepts.
- You create an appealing commercial atmosphere in line with the strategy (season, etc.).
- You ensure the freshness and quality of our products.
- You consistently comply with prescribed hygiene standards.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training in retail trade in the field of food and luxury goods.
- You have already gained professional experience in an equivalent role, preferably as a fresh meat salesperson.
- You are a reliable person who loves their work and has plenty of drive.
- You have a motivated, friendly personality and a neat appearance.
- You have a clean, meticulous and efficient working method.
- You have excellent sales skills in service, excellent customer relationship skills and a good team spirit.
- You have knowledge of all the cold cuts and cheeses marketed in Ticino and are skilled in cutting and portioning.
- You have the ability to portion Parmigiano wheels and handle raw hams with bone.
- You speak Italian fluently and have knowledge of another national language.
