Spitex rechtes Limmattal is a modern non-profit organisation with around 90 employees. On behalf of the municipalities of Oberengstringen, Unterengstringen, Weiningen, Geroldswil, Oetwil a. d. Limmat and Fahrweid, we ensure professional care and support for over 22,500 residents.

We are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ who enjoys taking responsibility, works independently and accompanies our clients professionally and with great humanity in the evening.
Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) on Late Shift (60–90%) | Spitex
As a FaGe on the late shift, you take on an important role in outpatient care with us. You ensure that our clients are reliably, professionally and individually cared for and looked after in the late afternoon and evening.
You work independently within your area of competence and are at the same time part of a team you can rely on.
Your main tasks include:
- Independent care and support of our clients in their familiar home environment
- Implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures within your competencies
- Support and accompaniment of our clients in daily life activities
- Implementation of the care process in cooperation with the responsible nursing professionals
- Observation and reporting of changes in the health status of our clients
- Professional and comprehensible care documentation
- Collaboration with nursing professionals, relatives and other professionals involved in care
- Ensuring professional, individual and client-oriented care during the late shift
- Active contribution to high care quality and good teamwork
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
- Confidence in performing nursing and medical-technical tasks within your competence
- A respectful and client-oriented attitude
- Reliability, organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good IT user skills and openness to digital working tools
- Willingness to regularly work late shifts
- Driving licence category B or willingness to visit our clients in all weather conditions by e-bike
- And last but not least: enjoyment of a collegial atmosphere – preferably with a sense of humour
