Are you looking for a responsible role in a family-run company?

We are a construction company headquartered in Immensee (SZ), active in the sectors of building construction, civil engineering, track substructure, track and road construction. To strengthen our motivated and multicultural team, we are looking for several security guards to start immediately or by arrangement.

We offer you:

• 5, or 6 weeks holiday from the age of 50
• Free parking and a permanently assigned vehicle
• Employment according to the collective agreement for track construction
• Several staff events per year
• Support for professional development

The following tasks await you:

• Responsibility for the safety of construction personnel on track construction sites
• Communication by telephone or radio with the responsible authorities
• Monitoring of mechanical construction equipment and machinery
• Implementation & control of safety measures according to the safety plan
• Support of site personnel in daily tasks

You should bring the following:

• Completed vocational training with experience in construction or security
• Certificate as security guard or security chief desirable
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness for flexible work assignments throughout Switzerland, during nights and weekends
• High sense of responsibility as well as independent and precise working style
