On behalf of a non-profit organisation based in the Lausanne region, specialising in the provision and pooling of administrative services for associations and foundations, we are currently seeking a Finance Specialist at 50–70%. This company supports organisations active in various fields such as health, social services, education, culture, and postal services, enabling them to benefit from professional skills tailored to their needs. This newly created position offers a varied working environment, with the accounting management of several small structures with diverse activities.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You ensure the complete accounting management of several small structures
• You handle the entry of accounting records and creditor processing
• You ensure the regular updating and monitoring of accounts
• You perform verifications and reconciliations of bank accounts
• You establish and monitor invoicing
• You participate in the validation and control of accounts
• You carry out accounting closures with the support of the manager
• You occasionally liaise with the managers of the different structures regarding the monitoring of their accounts

You offer your new employer

• You hold the federal diploma as a finance and accounting specialist
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting
• Previous experience in a fiduciary firm is a real asset
• You are comfortable with a full accounting scope, both operational tasks and closures
• You appreciate variety and can easily switch from one structure or issue to another
• You have excellent command of French
• You are proficient with common accounting tools
