About the job
In this versatile role, you will take on medical-administrative, organisational, and guest-oriented tasks. These include:
- Welcoming, accompanying, and personally, warmly, and discreetly caring for our international guests in the medical area
- Coordinating appointments, treatments, and processes between guests, doctors, therapists, nursing staff, clinic, front office, spa, housekeeping, and other hotel departments
- Reliably handling administrative tasks such as correspondence, reports, letters, documentation, and the careful maintenance of the respective systems
- Accurately and carefully billing medical services
- Carefully performing HBOT treatments, InBody measurements, as well as minor medical tasks such as occasional dressing changes and ECGs
- Actively ensuring clear, appreciative, and solution-oriented communication across departmental boundaries in everyday work
A completed basic medical training, ideally as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, is a prerequisite for this role. Experience in an upscale service environment additionally forms the basis of your profile. Furthermore, you bring:
- A strong service orientation and enjoyment in personally caring for international guests
- Good PC user skills, confident handling of Microsoft Office, and ideally knowledge of medical billing with TARDOC
- An independent, structured, and careful working style as well as enjoyment of coordinative tasks and interdisciplinary collaboration
- A professional, well-groomed, and reliable appearance as well as discretion, empathy, resilience, and commitment
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to occasionally work on public holidays and flexibility for special operational requirements
