- Design, implementation and documentation of communication networks for facilities of the army, federal government and emergency services
- Creation and further development of network concepts focusing on stability, security and long-term operation
- Configuration, commissioning and testing of network components in projects and operational environments
- Support and targeted assistance of customer networks within the scope of projects and service deployments
- Technical support for project managers in pre-sales, for example with solution concepts, architectural questions and quotations
- Analysis and resolution of complex network and security issues in a 3rd-level environment
What you bring with you
- Completed technical education at tertiary level (HF, BSc, MSc or MAS) in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience with TCP/IP, routing and communication security technologies
- Practical experience with network solutions from manufacturers such as Cisco, Juniper or Checkpoint
- Further training in IP communication is an advantage, for example Cisco certifications
- Experience in the field of microwave radio or interest in gaining expertise in this area
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
- Motivated to learn new things
