The EMS Les Baumettes in Renens was opened in 1984, it accommodates 111 residents across 3 units, 12 beneficiaries at the Temporary Reception Centre, 32 tenants in its sheltered apartments and manages a daycare with 27 places.
The Baumettes Foundation will open its new establishment in Bussigny in November 2026: the EMS La Gravernayse.
It will welcome 52 residents in single rooms spread over 2 support units as well as 12 people at the Temporary Reception Centre, in a modern and humane setting dedicated to geriatrics and advanced age psychiatry.

For the EMS Les Baumettes in Renens, we are looking for, from 1 October 2026 or to be agreed, for a 100% workload, a:
Facility Manager CFC or Cleaning Agent CFC
Work closely with the Head of Facilities in planning and executing periodic tasks
Carry out various administrative tasks necessary for managing the sector
Collaborate with the team and ensure a clean and pleasant environment for residents and colleagues
Perform cleaning and maintenance work of the building and in the various premises of the institution according to hygiene standards
Use various cleaning machines such as the single-disc machine, scrubber dryer, injection-extraction among others
Ensure the waste circuit within the foundation and participate in collecting dirty laundry bags in the sluices
Participate in thorough cleaning throughout the foundation’s premises as well as window cleaning
Your profile:
CFC Facility Manager / CFC Cleaning Agent
Comfortable with group communication
Motivated and responsible person to ensure the maintenance of the various premises
Be a reliable and proactive field relay to promote service efficiency
“Corporate Trainer” training is an asset
Proven experience in the medico-social or hospital sector
Mandatory computer skills
Good oral and written French skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A helpful and caring attitude
Workload: 100% from Monday to Friday (continuous hours) and possibly 2 to 3 public holidays or Saturdays during the year.
