For our newly opened location in Cham, we are looking for dedicated hosts who are passionate about delighting customers, taking responsibility, and actively shaping our new branch concept.

These are your tasks:

Independently managing a shift and ensuring smooth branch operations
Active and warm-hearted care of our customers
Passionate sale of our baked goods and confectionery specialties
Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our employees in the second labour market as well as our trainees
Teaching and guiding simple work steps in daily branch operations
Promoting independence, reliability, and structured working

This is what you bring:

Completed training in retail or hospitality EFZ or equivalent experience in the food industry
Initial experience in work pedagogy is an advantage
Patience, resilience, and a sense of humour
High social competence, empathy, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries
Enjoyment in working with people in the second labour market
Sales and organisational talent as well as a friendly and well-groomed appearance
Identification with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation
Reliability and flexibility, including for weekend shifts and work in other branches
