Your Profile
- Nursing Expert MScN (completed or in training), ideally with a Nurse Practitioner specialisation
- Experience in the role of Nurse Practitioner in general practice or long-term care is an advantage
- Team-oriented, dynamic and solution-focused personality
- Interest in co-creating and building up
- Good IT skills
- Category B driving licence desired
