To strengthen our quality teams, we are looking for a Quality Controller

The Company

Gimmel Rouages SA is a family business founded in 1926, located in Val-de-Ruz in Villiers (NE). All employees perform about ten different trades in the field of manufacturing miniature components, notably for the biggest watch brands. Always independent, Gimmel Rouages SA is recognised for the quality of its work and the finesse of its creations. Through its local training and recruitment policy, the company employs a large number of people from the region.

Your Main Tasks

• Dimensionally and aesthetically inspect components and determine their conformity
• Prepare inspection reports and communicate the results
• Write non-conformity reports
• Sort parts, carry out sampling and extractions

Your Profile

• Experience in a similar position in the micromechanics field, ideally in the manufacture of mechanical movement components
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Comfortable with IT
• Good visual acuity
• Dexterous and comfortable with small parts
• Good interpersonal skills, ease in communication and decisiveness
• Rigorous and reliable
