Architectural Draftsperson / Cost Planner 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You create precise construction drawings and plans for building projects

• You take on cost planning as well as cost control throughout the entire project duration

• You work closely with architects, engineers and project managers

• You translate specifications into detailed technical drawings

• You calculate material quantities and prepare specifications

• You monitor budget compliance

• You are responsible for producing execution plans, detailed drawings and sections

• You document changes and adjustments during the construction phase

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an architectural draftsperson or technician in construction

• Solid knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD)

• Experience in cost planning

• Good understanding of building regulations, standards and technical codes

• Careful and structured working style with high attention to detail

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
