Tasks
- Lead staff in work, education, coaching, and placement areas.
- Negotiate with cantonal clients and maintain contacts with referral agencies.
- Ensure compliance with cantonal mandates and achievement of performance goals.
Skills
- Recognized degree in education, counseling, or social work at tertiary level.
- Management training with leadership experience of three years.
- Coaching certification from bso or SCA preferred.

- Together with a well-rehearsed management team, you will lead the section with approximately 35 employees from the fields of work, education, coaching, and personnel placement
- You negotiate with the cantonal client and maintain contacts with the referring specialist offices and other SEMO in the canton of Bern
- You ensure that the cantonal mandate is implemented according to the specifications and that the performance targets are achieved
- You are part of the management and work with the other sections on the continuous development of the KA
- Recognized degree in the field of education, counseling, or in the social sector at the tertiary level
- Training or further education in management
- Leadership experience of at least three years
- Coaching training with bso or SCA recognition is an advantage
