About the job
With around 40 employees, Akzent is one of the larger Swiss organisations in addiction prevention and treatment. The Prevention department supports key persons in implementing addiction prevention and early intervention throughout all life stages in their environment.
We are looking for an Information and Documentation Specialist (40%) starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
⎯ You prepare scientific publications and research results for the staff in prevention
⎯ You review relevant media reports and newsletters and provide information about news from the world of addiction prevention and health promotion
⎯ You support the prevention staff with research work on content related to offers and events
⎯ You manage the media library, maintain the Tagpacker link collection as well as the library software winmedio
⎯ You create our Medioletter on addiction-specific topics three times a year
Your profile
⎯ You are a qualified Information and Documentation Specialist EFZ or have a similar qualification
⎯ You have very good IT application skills (MS365, winmedio)
⎯ You work independently, in a structured, reliable and efficient manner
⎯ You are resilient, communicative and a team-oriented personality
