As a full-time vocational trainer, you play a key role in the education of future nursing professionals. You accompany learners individually, competently, and with heart throughout their training. You promote a respectful, professional learning culture where development and self-responsibility have space. You work closely with nursing specialists, education managers, and parents. You are part of an innovative organisational structure that strengthens personal responsibility, co-creation, and professional excellence. You work in a modern, dynamic, and committed education team.
- Diploma at tertiary level (HF, FH, DN II, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing
- Specialist in long-term care with federal professional certificate
- Further training in vocational pedagogy SVEB certificate Trainer (or equivalent training of 300 hours, or willingness to complete it)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High pedagogical competence, empathy, and joy in supporting learners
- Quality awareness, organisational talent, and a reflective, open personality
- Work Monday to Friday during the day shift
- 100% focus on vocational training for maximum impact in education
- 5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
