About the job

Establishment employing around 450 staff to ensure specialised schooling for 19 children and adolescents as well as socio-educational and socio-professional support for 120 adults with intellectual disabilities is looking for:

An apprentice farmer (m/f)

Within the farm of the Association de la Branche, we cultivate open-field vegetables, wheat and buckwheat crops, as well as temporary meadows. The rest of the estate is permanent pasture, high-stem orchards, extensive meadows and hedges for cows, horses, sheep, goats.

All managed using biodynamic agriculture. The team consists of socio-agricultural workers, interns and civil service workers, who support people with intellectual disabilities while managing the farm's production.

Mission:

• Work as part of a team to participate in the various farm activities with the beneficiaries (people with disabilities).
• Participation in the various weekly organisational meetings.

We are looking for:

• Interest in organic farming and biodynamic principles
• A curious, motivated, autonomous person with a good capacity for learning
• Ease in expressing opinions and interacting with their supervisor
• A taste for teamwork, good interpersonal skills and great autonomy
• Flexibility to adapt to the schedule
• Patience and empathy
• A driving licence
• A two-year commitment
