Your future field of responsibility

Care and advice for our national and international guests in the bar area
Preparation and serving of cocktails, long drinks as well as classic and non-alcoholic beverages
Taking and processing orders as well as professional service to guests
Ensuring a smooth service process at the bar
Carrying out mise en place as well as preparation and follow-up of the bar area
Compliance with our quality, hygiene and service standards
Checking and replenishing stock levels
Support with goods orders and inventories
Preparation and execution of bar service at events and functions
Order and cleanliness in the entire bar and guest area
Professional handling of guest requests, questions and complaints
Close cooperation with colleagues in service and other hotel departments

Your profile

Completed training in hotel management, as a specialist for restaurants and event catering or a comparable qualification
Ideally professional experience in service and/or bar area
Enjoyment in dealing with national and international guests
Confident and friendly appearance as well as pronounced hospitality qualities
Good knowledge in the area of cocktails, long drinks and classic bar beverages
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Team spirit and flexibility
Willingness to work shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays
Good German and English skills
A high awareness of quality and service
