The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school, and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research.

This is what you will do.

Development and implementation of a holistic personnel development concept aligned with the strategic goals of PHZH
Systematic analysis of development needs followed by the design, implementation, and evaluation of target group-specific personnel development measures such as leadership training, workshops, or e-learning
Competent advice and support for managers and employees on personnel development issues
Organization and moderation of workshops and training sessions including support for external speakers
Further development and digitization of the annual employee appraisal

This is what you bring with you.

University degree in psychology, pedagogy, or business administration - with further training in personnel development
Enjoyment of strategic HR topics and several years of experience in designing and implementing personnel development measures
Project management skills combined with organizational sensitivity, diplomacy, and didactic understanding
Excellent moderation and facilitation skills
Structured, pragmatic, as well as very independent and proactive working style
