Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with a long-standing tradition and employs around 120 dedicated staff. To strengthen the commercial team, we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented personality in the export sector.
In this responsible role, you will ensure the smooth handling of international delivery processes and act as a competent contact person for customers, freight forwarders, and internal interfaces. With your strong organisational skills and sound knowledge of international goods traffic, you will make a significant contribution to efficient and timely export processing.
- Preparation and verification of export documents (invoices, certificates of origin, delivery notes)
- Organisation and coordination of transports (land, air, sea)
- Communication with international customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Ensuring compliance with customs and export regulations
- Professional experience in export/foreign trade
- Good knowledge of customs and international trade regulations
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems

Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in foreign trade/export- Professional experience in export/foreign trade
- Good knowledge of customs and international trade regulations
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
