What you will achieve with us

<ul> <li>Strategic and operational SEO & GEO consulting </li> <li>Development of sustainable SEO strategies and roadmaps</li> <li>Planning, implementation, and evaluation of SEO & GEO measures (content-wise and technical, on-page & off-page)</li> <li>Creation of keyword, content gap, and market analyses</li> <li>Conducting SEO & GEO audits as well as content audits</li> <li>Development of comprehensive keyword & content strategies and conception of content hubs</li> <li>Planning and support of website migrations</li> <li>Creation of meaningful SEO reports</li> <li>Development of content briefings and sparring with copywriters as well as planning of large-scale content creation with AI support</li> <li>Training and workshops for clients as well as the BlueGlass team</li> <li>Participation in new client acquisition and BlueGlass self-marketing</li> </ul>

What you bring

<ul> <li>You have several years of experience as an SEO consultant, in-house SEO, or SEO manager</li> <li>You can handle common tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, or Google Looker Studio</li> <li>You engage with AI trends and tools and integrate them into your daily work</li> <li>You know how to organize yourself and meet deadlines and budgets</li> <li>You are passionate about constantly learning new things, experimenting, and advancing your team and clients</li> <li>You have a "can-do" attitude</li> <li>You have very good German and English skills; Italian and French skills are a welcome plus</li> <li>You look beyond SEO, recognize synergies, and exchange ideas accordingly with our SEA, UX, and social media teams</li> </ul>
