About the job
Spitex Am Alten Rhein currently employs 22 staff members in the field of home care. Our services are available to all residents of the political municipalities of Lutzenberg, Rheineck, St. Margrethen, and Thal who, due to illness, accident, disability, age-related ailments, maternity, or similar, require support.
We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
Health Specialist EFZ 50-70 %
Your training in the health sector EFZ forms the foundation for assignments in the outpatient area of Spitex.
What are the responsibilities?
- Individual, person-centred care and support of our clients according to the care plan
- Collaboration with the case-leading nursing professionals HF/FH and the team management
- Professional expertise in common medical technology (injections, wound care)
- Understanding of chronically ill people and empathy for care situations in the home, private environment
- Cooperation with caregiving relatives
- Electronic documentation of progress, directly on site using the company mobile phone
- Independent management of daily rounds with the service car, following the planning previously prepared by the team management
