For this, we are looking for a qualified nursing professional HF/FH with an additional team leader function – starting immediately or by arrangement – who enjoys taking responsibility, developing people and sees change as an opportunity.

Your field of activity

As a team leader, you lead a team of around 12–14 employees professionally, personally and organisationally. You are close to your employees, to our clients and at the same time part of an organisation that thinks beyond its own team boundaries.

You

• lead, coach and develop your employees with clarity and appreciation
• ensure a high quality of care and service together with your team
• continue to take on nursing assignments and case management, thus staying close to the core business
• organise your area of responsibility independently and entrepreneurially
• work closely with other team leaders, specialist departments and areas
• contribute your ideas and actively help shape our further development
• think regionally and beyond team boundaries and support other teams and regions if necessary

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH
• Solid professional experience, ideally in outpatient nursing
• Leadership experience and/or corresponding further training in leadership
• Strong social and leadership skills
• A high level of quality and service awareness
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking
• Good IT user skills
