What is my role?

Your main activity consists of the professional execution of repairs and service work on consumer electronics devices and systems. This also includes the technical preparation of second-hand devices/equipment. Your extended tasks include working with various IT programmes that ensure the secure and smooth processing of spare parts orders and orders to suppliers. Additionally, you can assist in customer support and perform general tasks in the workshop area.

What do I need to be successful?

You have successfully completed training as a multimedia electronics technician EFZ or radio and television electronics technician EFZ and have gained initial professional experience. Furthermore, you bring knowledge from a company with consumer electronics systems and devices, come from a medium-sized company, and are therefore accustomed to versatile tasks. Your manual skills, a high level of device functional understanding, and precise working methods complete your profile.
