As an Industrial Performance Engineer Intern at Nespresso, your mission is to analyse the capacity of the Aroma Local and its impact on quality changes in production lines. You will make a difference by working closely with production teams, planning, and support functions.
How you will make an impact as an Industrial Performance Engineer Intern
- By mapping the management and cleaning flows of format parts to identify concrete opportunities for improving industrial performance.
- By analysing production data and schedules to anticipate overlap situations and optimise operational flow.
- By measuring the impact of cleaning operations on line restarts to improve operational efficiency.
- By building relevant performance indicators enabling data-driven decision making.
- By identifying variability factors and critical periods to strengthen process robustness.
- By recommending improvement solutions and evaluating their potential value creation for the site.
What will enable you to succeed
- By applying your analytical mind to transform complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
- By effectively using data analysis and processing tools, especially Excel.
- By collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and building trustful relationships on the ground.
