Automation Technician for CNC Grinding Machines and Commissioning
Tasks
- Professionally wire complex CNC grinding machines
- Perform initial commissioning according to a specified checklist
- Independently troubleshoot faults during assembly
- Implement in-house modifications on existing machines
- Assist with electrical pre-assembly in panel and control cabinet construction
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as an automation technician EFZ
- Practical experience with CNC controls and commissioning
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls
- Experience as a service technician is ideally present
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
