About the job
Support customers to reinforce competitive edge and leadership by delivering high class services with innovative products and solutions contributing to the protection of global currency and security documents
Support customers with expertise and solutions during the implementation & use of our products
Contribute to the Technical knowledge sharing to customers
Ensure support in problem solving issues and products optimization
Keep customer satisfaction by ensuring products and solutions performance
Participate in the development of new products and solutions within the different R&I projects
In collaboration with various departments (R&I, Regional Business Directors, Marketing and Manufacturing Operations), participate in the promotion of our new products, solutions and concepts
Manage administrative tasks related to the service and activities.
PROFILE:
Engineering degree in Chemistry or equivalent in printing industry (3-5 years’ experience in chemical or printing industry is an advantage)
Very flexible and willing to travel around the world (up to 50%)
Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment independently
Ability to establish credibility with internal & external stakeholders, strong ethics and customer orientation
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and in French. (German & Spanish will be an advantage)
