About the job
Since 1829, the Emma Couvreu Childhood Foundation has been actively committed to the reception, protection, and support of minors at risk in their development. Our services are aimed at children as well as their parents. We implement our actions in accordance with values that we embody daily. Our activities are fully aligned with the minor protection policy established by the State of Vaud. Strong in its commitment, the Foundation manages 5 boarding schools and 6 outpatient units, employing more than 250 collaborators.

Job Description
- Accompany and support daily children benefiting from minor protection measures aged 12 to 18 and their families in accordance with the defined educational project.
- Work closely with the parents and families of the children received
- Lead and manage a group of children, some of whom have behavioural disorders
- Manage daily and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Holder of a HES or ES diploma in social education or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, experience and continuing education in the field of childhood
- Proven ability to manage, lead and contain groups of children with behavioural disorders
- Ability to work both independently with a group of children and collaboratively in a team
- Driving licence essential
