- Handling support requests at 1st and 2nd level as well as coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Implementing minor changes and regular maintenance of existing customer systems
- Contributing to the continuous development and optimisation of IT infrastructures
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Direct customer contact with a focus on high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Professional experience in the IT infrastructure environment, ideally at a service or managed service provider
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and operating hybrid IT environments
- Customer-oriented, structured, and independent working style as well as strong team spirit
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B1)
- Driving licence category B

Profile
- Completed IT education (specialising in system technology/platform development)- Professional experience in the IT infrastructure environment, ideally at a service or managed service provider
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and operating hybrid IT environments
- Customer-oriented, structured, and independent working style as well as strong team spirit
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B1)
- Driving licence category B
