Procedural Assistant 80%The Public Prosecutor's Office See / Oberland in Uster conducts criminal investigations against adults in the districts of Hinwil, Meilen, Pfäffikon and Uster.
From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking to complement our team with your support as a Procedural Assistant (80%).
Job Description
As an assistant to an investigating public prosecutor, you take on all secretarial and administrative tasks. You independently manage the secretariat. You are responsible for organising and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions, and you liaise with authorities, parties and third parties. Periodically, about 4-5 weekends per year, you will be on call together with your public prosecutor. The role requires independence, precise working methods and good collaboration.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training. Your high typing skills and impeccable, confident German are a matter of course. In addition, you have good IT user skills.
You enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you, and you have an interest in criminal prosecution. You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, resilience and a pronounced organisational flair. You always find the right tone when dealing with parties involved in the proceedings and interface partners.
