We are a group active in the fields of orthopaedics, prosthetics, rehabilitation, lymphology, compression, podiatry, and custom-made and standard orthopaedic shoes. Our presence throughout Switzerland allows us to ensure quality and local service. To strengthen our team in Vevey, we are looking for a:
Medical Compression Specialist at 80-100%
Your tasks:
Main activity
- Sales management (advice, assessment, measurement, fitting, delivery and follow-up) for circular and flat-knit compression stockings
- Regular interventions in institutions and hospitals in the region
- Management and development of contacts with various stakeholders involved in patient care (prescribers, therapists, etc.)
Secondary activity
- Physical and telephone reception of patients
- Sales management (advice, assessment, measurement, fitting, delivery and follow-up) for various aids (bandages, splints, standard shoes, rollators and other aids)
- Bandages, splints
- Cash management (including receipts)
- Stock management (including inventories)
- Management and follow-up of patient files in collaboration with administration
Your profile:
- Pharmacy assistant, orthopaedic technician, certified nursing assistant, nursing assistant or any other equivalent training in the paramedical/medical field and/or holding a professional health maturity certificate
- Confirmed professional experience is an asset but any motivated person wishing to improve in the field is also welcome
- Motivated, conscientious and attentive to patient satisfaction
- Autonomous, organised and able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Service-oriented, careful approach to work and good communication skills
- Dynamic, versatile and empathetic personality
- Driving licence (cat. B) essential
