Function Objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Comprehensive legal advice for national and international mandates in judicial and extrajudicial disputes, particularly:
- Civil and commercial law disputes
- Capital market law disputes
- Banking and stock exchange law disputes
- Regulatory disputes
- Contract law disputes
- Arbitration and mediation procedures
- Criminal proceedings and criminal law disputes
✓ Development and implementation of process strategies
✓ Preparation of complex written submissions and legal opinions
✓ Advising clients before courts and arbitration tribunals
✓ Negotiating with opposing parties and their lawyers
✓ Enforcement and defense of claims
✓ Client support and advice throughout the entire process
✓ Representation of clients before courts and arbitration tribunals
✓ Active participation in an international team
✓ Involvement in industry events and conferences
✓ Active use of AI
MbO / Measurement Criteria:

Work Experience:
