For the Special Rooms department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, committed, service-oriented and reliable individual as
Specialist for Clean and Sterile Rooms (80% - 100%) with development prospects to group leadership
Your future tasks:
- Active participation in production
- Support of group leaders in managing and accompanying a group of 10 – 16 people with support needs
- Support of group leaders in recording reports
- Professional adjustment and setup of workplaces
- Supervision of individual customer orders including deadline monitoring and quality-compliant processing
- Coordination of the handover of work with the respective group leaders
- Creation of aids for production processes
- Support of the quality assurance department
Our ideal candidate:
- Completed basic training (EFZ), medical, pharmaceutical or food sector advantageous
- Customer-oriented team player, joy and motivation in dealing with people with support needs
- High social competence, proactive and versatile
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Good PC user skills
- Basic knowledge of hygiene practices
