• You lead and develop one of four teams in credit processing with 10 to 12 employees – both professionally and personally.
• You actively drive change and enable your team to master new challenges flexibly and successfully.
• You create sustainable trust and acceptance for new solutions, systems and ways of working within your team.
• Together with the specialists, you form the interface within the department and ensure a smooth and customer-oriented process flow.
• You actively support your team in day-to-day business and ensure optimal personnel deployment with forward-looking resource planning.

• You have a higher business or banking qualification and have completed a CAS in Leadership or a comparable leadership training – or are currently attending the corresponding course.

• You have several years of leadership experience and strong leadership skills.

• You have already gained several years of professional experience in credit processing for corporate clients.

• In addition to a high level of service orientation and networked thinking, you bring the willingness to actively shape modernisations and decisively seize new opportunities.

• Clarity, decisiveness and a touch of humour characterise you – even when things get hectic.
