Specialist CNC Grinding (m/f/d)

Role:
You love technical challenges and want to apply your grinding expertise specifically? In this role, you combine practical manufacturing with technical advancement – from programming to process-secure implementation. With your know-how, you ensure efficiency, precision, and machine availability.
Responsibilities:
Independent CNC programming (Fanuc) for complex grinding processes
Operation and setup of Studer grinding machines of the S21-S41 series
Active role in process improvement, cycle time reduction, and quality assurance
Participation in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in daily operations
Qualifications:
Training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in CNC grinding, ideally with Fanuc knowledge
Passion for precise manufacturing solutions and continuous optimisation
Team spirit, reliability, and desire for a long-term perspective
