- You take responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the therapists in your assigned area
- You support the continuous development of employees and promote their potential
- You are responsible for quality development and assurance and share the economic responsibility for your area
- You promote results-oriented intra- and interdisciplinary collaboration
This is what you bring
- You have a Physiotherapy diploma FH and several years of professional experience, complemented by targeted professional training at the master's level in the musculoskeletal field
- You have successfully led teams and have training in leadership – or are willing to acquire it
- You work independently, responsibly, and bring experience in leading project groups as well as in developing concepts
- You also possess high social competence and good conflict resolution and assertiveness skills
