This is what you will do with us:
- You take on case management including assignments at clients’ premises.
- You conduct needs assessments as well as telephone consultations.
- You assist with planning tasks, recruitment, and the organisation and execution of trial days.
- You support the team leader in onboarding new employees.
- You represent the team leader during absences.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed training as a domestic services specialist EFZ and already have professional experience in this field.
- You work independently and responsibly; Spitex experience is an advantage.
- You possess high professional and social competence and enjoy learning.
- You can improvise when something unplanned occurs.
- You can express yourself appropriately, clearly and understandably according to the situation.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications, Nexus is an advantage.
- You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car.
