Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Corporate Office, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk and Tax departments.
You will join the Group Human Risks team within the Risk & Compliance department of Pictet’s Corporate Functions, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization by leading and conducting sensitive internal investigations. In this expert position, you will provide decision-makers with clear, actionable findings and recommendations, leveraging advanced analytical tools and industry best practices to identify trends and inform risk mitigation strategies.
Your role
- Lead and conduct internal investigations into human risk incidents, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, bullying, retaliation, conflicts of interest, fraud and violations of Pictet’s Code of Ethics.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations, in both English and French.
- Collaborate closely with HR, senior management and other relevant departments or committees to ensure effective case management and resolution.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all investigations, ensuring strict compliance with data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Support the creation and delivery of training and awareness initiatives related to human risks, ethics and compliance.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations and best practices in workplace investigations.
Your profile
- At least 5 -8 years’ experience in internal investigations, ideally within a Big 4 firm or a large corporate environment.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and interest in forensic technologies (e.g., Relativity, Crypto Server, etc.).
- Good understanding of employment law as it relates to internal investigations (Swiss law at minimum).
- Excellent interviewing, analytical and report-writing skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
