Your tasks

• As a floater in Aarau and Olten, you assist with processing insurance applications, customer data and carry out any mutations
• You welcome our customers kindly at reception and ensure a positive experience
• You support the team as a temporary assistant in telephone service

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (or similar) and are proficient in MS Office
• You bring flexibility and are open to new things
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
• You are a team player and have a natural flair for dealing with customers
• The VBV training is an advantage
