For our HR Business Partner team, we are looking for a new team member for the Institutionals & Multinationals business unit.
Your tasks
- Linking the HR perspective with the ambition of the Institutionals & Multinationals business unit, further developing the existing with innovative approaches in the context of personnel and organizational development
- Advising and supporting the executive board member as well as the entire management team in all HR-strategic and people-related topics
- Designing extensive and complex transformation and change processes of the bank in collaboration with other specialists from the People & Culture team
- Responsibility for the smooth running of recurring HR processes together with your colleagues from HR Advisory, Services and Recruiting
- Leading HR initiatives and their implementation for the sustainable development of our business strategy
- Opportunity to lead a team of three to five HR Advisors
Your profile
- Master FH or Master-level studies, as well as further training in HR
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the HR context, 5 to 7 years of which in comparable executive and senior business partner roles
- Experience in personnel and professional leadership
- Experience in HR support of comparable business areas, preferably in the financial or insurance industry
- Proven expertise in accompanying transformation and change processes and a strong affinity for personnel development and leadership topics
- High consulting competence in German and English (at least at advanced level) to actively engage with stakeholders on equal footing, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, responsible, efficient and solution-oriented working style, economic and innovative mindset as well as end-to-end process understanding
- High resilience, flexibility, team spirit and enjoyment of working in a modern and dynamic environment
