YOUR TASKS – Step by Step

With a clearly structured training plan, you will be gradually introduced to your tasks with us.

  • Starting with simple inspection and maintenance work on rail vehicles
  • Gradually taking on overhauls, repairs and maintenance work
  • Introduction to the testing of brake systems, running gear and wheelsets
  • Learning the measurement and documentation of vehicle components
  • Deepening knowledge in the inspection and overhaul of superstructures, underframes as well as fittings and valves
  • With growing experience, contributing to process improvements according to Lean Management
YOUR PROFILE
  • You bring motivation, manual skills and a joy of learning
  • A basic technical education is an advantage but not a must (e.g. polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence, automotive mechatronics technician with a federal certificate of competence or similar professions)
  • Initial experience in an industrial environment is helpful but not a prerequisite – we will make you fit
  • You are reliable, flexible and enjoy working in a team
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written
